Daphna Gale has been coaching and facilitating leadership development for over 20 years, supporting leaders at all levels across a wide range of industries. Known for her grounded, direct approach and deep compassion, she brings a unique ability to connect vision and strategy with engagement and development, inspiring those she works with to lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Daphna cares deeply about each client and believes in every person’s potential to succeed. Daphna completed her coach training and certification through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) where she achieved her Certified Professional Coach (CPC) designation. Following that she went on to acquire her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is a Certified Executive Coach through John Mattone Global (the #1 Ranked Coaching Authority Globally), an Accredited Human Synergistics practitioner specializing in Organizational Culture and Leadership/Impact. With a background in both nonprofit and corporate sectors, she empowers leaders to build inclusive, high-performing teams and drive meaningful change. Deborah holds degrees in Education and Educational Leadership, along with certifications in Executive Coaching and Diversity & Inclusion. She has coached youth and adults, led remote teams, and partnered with leaders to create equitable strategies that foster engagement and growth. As Director of DEI at Bright Horizons and founder of Signature Experience, LLC and Inner-Link Training & Development, Deborah brings energy and insight to every platform — from webinars and keynotes to community boards and leadership groups.

Jayne Johnson is a senior executive with over 30 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Development. She has led enterprise-wide change initiatives focused on developing, advancing, and retaining top talent across industries including life sciences, financial services, manufacturing, and consumer goods. As an executive and team coach, Jayne partners with C-suite leaders to build high-performing teams and drive leadership growth. Her strong business acumen, deep listening skills, and candid, collaborative style make her a trusted advisor to executives and their teams. Jayne began her career at GE, where she led leadership development at the renowned Crotonville corporate university. She has held senior roles at Deloitte, Keurig Dr. Pepper, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, and Alkermes, and continues to shape the field through board service and thought leadership.

Karen Benz is an experienced Executive Coach, based in Rhode Island, with an extensive background in leadership and management. She served as the Vice President of Coaching and Executive Coach at New Level Work (formerly BetterManager) and has been a coach for 25 years. She holds degrees in Management from Bryant University (B.S.) and Salve Regina University (M.S.). She is a certified professional coach (CPC) having completed coach training at Corporate Coach University. Her 20+ years of business management experience and 20+ years of certified coaching experience spans most industries including technology, finance, health care, insurance, defense, manufacturing, service, nonprofit, entertainment, government, and education. She taught University business courses for over 10 years. Karen also served as the Chief Operating Officer of an ambulatory nonprofit healthcare facility.

Laurel Talbot has served both directly and through othersover 50 organizations in various industries, including higher education, Environmental Nonprofits, Arts Nonprofits, Education Technology, Legal, Software, Insurance, Engineering, E-commerce, Construction, and Environmental Consulting. In addition to her experience in leading the development and retention of talent for a
national education organization, she has completed specific training and certifications in HR and coaching, which enable her to support clients with best practices in both areas. English brings 30+ years of leadership experience with 21 years in Fortune 100 Financial Services as an SVP/Executive Director, overseeing operations for 1000+ employees, while serving a dual role as Market Leader leading a Houston-based diversity & inclusion team for 3000+ employees. Tommie also spent 10 years in the Non-Profit sector as a Sr. Director, leading operations teams across locations. Tommie left the corporate sector in 2019 & became an Executive Leadership Coach, achieving her ICF ACC certification in 2022 and group facilitator certification in 2023. She provides one to one leadership coaching & group coaching services.
